I've got a bad feeling about this

Judge Anna Diggs Taylor, U.S. District Court in Detroit, is hearing oral arguments today in a suit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union against the National Security Agency and their data mining.

The Justice Department asked the Judge to dismiss the suit because it would reveal state secrets, but she has chosen to go forward.

I will let my prejudice show here in that I don't think a 74 year old has the ability to keep up with the intricacies of the modern technology involved. 8 years ago she stepped down from her duties as Chief Judge of the District Court to reduce her workload. She was appointed to that position by Bill Clinton and originally put on the Court by Jimmy Carter.
