What's the problem?

I'm not sure I understand why John Edwards canceled on Mari Culver's Conference on Solutions to Poverty.

Apparently having sexual relations with a Multi-Millionaire is one solution to poverty and being the fall guy for your boss is another.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
