Justice?

I have concerns over Sonia Sotomayor being elevated to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Only in Washington does a 60% correction in your work by your superiors get you a promotion.

In the real world you'd be shown the door and the scientific community is united in that fact.

SCOTUS could smack her down again if they overturn her ruling in the case of Ricci v. DeStefano.

Other concerns have been dotting the news cycle that have her stating, "Court of Appeals is where policy is made".

And

I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

Republicans will be demonized for daring to question a Hispanic woman, but some of the early case against her is coming from those who are less than Conservative...

The Case Against Sotomayor

Vicious Attack on Sotomayor's 'Lack of Intellectual Depth'

I think the sign next to Sotomayor, in a Washington Times picture, may be profound.

PS: A Newyorkrican wouldn't be pictured at Yankee Stadium standing near the visitor's dugout when the visiting team is on the field.
