Brussels Sprouts?

I'd venture if you said the phrase, "Capitol of the Free World", most people would think of Washington D.C.

Vice President Joe Biden believes Brussels, Belgium "has its own legitimate claim to that title".

The sulfurous odor of overcooked sprouts is not the only thing that stinks and the scientific community is united in that fact.
