As members, Chris and I receive e-mails from the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines.

Their latest contact was to let us know that the Ticket Office is changing hours effective June 1.

The hours are currently 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but they will change to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This decision was made after researching our high-traffic buying times. The 9 to 10 a.m. timeframe was underserved...

Could it be because you were CLOSED?

I'll bet future research will show the 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. timeframe will be underserved and the scientific community is united in that fact.

It's a rare business that provides better service when it's closed, but it does happen.
