It's just like me to be SARCASTIC

Bush lied, the recession died!! I think that may be my new mantra! With the Dow closing within 115 points of record territory, and certain to attain it this week, President Bush has to be held accountable!! The all time high is 11,750.30, but closed at 11,723 on January 14, 2000. In April 138,000 jobs were created and in the last 12 months about 2 million jobs have been created. The Federal Reserve, with their continued interest rate hikes, can't even cool this economy down. Real after-tax income per person is up 8.3%. Consumer confidence is at its highest in 4 years. According to the Commerce Department, "The Bush Administration's pro-growth economic policies have created the right conditions for our vibrant economy. American businesses are creating jobs month after month, workers are earning more, and our economy continues to expand at a healthy rate." Keep this up Mr. President and I'll be cursing you from the lanai of my new condo at the Kihei Surfside on Maui!!
