Des Moines' Gay Pride Parade

I'm not sure what there is to be PROUD about in men dressing up like women.

Two gay men I know are appalled by the whole thing, they believe their sexual relationships are private. They have been chastised by their peers for not participating.

Gay people will always tell you their sexuality is a small percentage of who they are as people. Then why do their public displays always include men in drag? usually as nuns!?

I didn't attend yesterday's parade. However, I made up for it by watching the Tony Awards with my wife, Chris, last night. Gay Pride parade and the Tony's the same day...coincidence?
