Great Day to Vote Down Two

With apologies to Ernie Banks. The United States Senate voted down a double dip, emphasis on the dip, of Dummycrat ammendments to implement their plan pictured.

Voted down 86-13 was the John "Francois" Kerry Surrender Monkey Ammendment. It called for the redeployment of U.S. troops from Iraq by July 1, 2007. Of course with Kerry you knew there had to be a flip-flop. As of last Friday his ammendment was going to call for cutting & running by year's end.

The second ammendment, rejected 60-39, came from Carl Levin (MI) and called for a Sense of the Senate that the U.S. should begin troop redeployment by year's end. RINO Lincoln Chafee (RI) voted with the Dummycrats.

CommieTommie Harkin voted for surrender on both ammendments. As was the case last week, Jay Rockefeller (WV) did not vote either time.

Besides taking up almost an hour of Senate time, these votes will probably hurt Joe Lieberman (CT) who's in a tough primary battle with a rich anti-war opponent.
