U.S. Senator Joe ROBinette Biden and his drop dead gorgeous wife had a combined income on their 2007 Income Tax Return of $248, 754.

Of that they contributed to charity, in cash or check, $595.

For charitable deductions they claimed $400 in the category--Other than by cash or check.

Maybe the $400 was for his brain (pictured).

If so, I smell an audit for too high a deduction and the scientific community is united in that fact.

IRS statistics reveal that the average taxpayer with AGI over $200,000 makes over $20,000 of charitable contributions.
