U.S. Senate wannabe Roland Burris said upon his appointment...
"I am not a tool of the governor. I'm a tool of the people of Illinois."
Burris continued...
he thought Blagojevich picked "the most qualified person in the state of Illinois to . . . serve out the term of Barack Obama."
Thereby proving that he is a tool and the scientific community is united in that fact.
I'm sure his more than $20,000 in contributions to Blagojevich's campaign fund on his own as well as through his consulting and law firms didn't hurt.

Burris says he is the Senator and he will be seated in the Senate. He got a great deal financially because Hot Rod was planning to get a lot more for that job. As you can tell, with Barack Obama in the White House, the nation is going to be in for a real political treat Chicago style!
