The Ragister claims Des Moines City Councilman Michael Kiernan, husband of Erin, has been selected to be the new chair of the Iowa Dummycrat Party.

Kiernan (pictured) won't confirm he's talked to BLN and the Party Apparatchik haven't voted.

Culver and Kiernan are said to be close friends, maybe double-fisting buddies?
