The Defense Rests

The Democratic National Committee Chairman, and Virginia Governor, Tim Kaine came to Harry Reid's rescue over his "light skinned" Obama comment.

As well as Reid's, "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one" Obama observation.

Kaine, a lawyer, spun it as --

"I think if you look at the reports as I have, it was all in the context of saying positive things about Senator Obama."

Kaine continued...

"It definitely was in the context of recognizing in Senator Obama a great candidate and future president."

Defending the indefensible and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Dummycrat mouthpiece George Stephanopoulos weighed in with --

"this was a private conversation, it was meant to be private."

And

"but in a private conversation he thought was off the record".
