Due to circumstances beyond our control, read that as electric and DSL, the Liter let down all two of its readers.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

The good news is that MidAmerican had us back on the grid in a little over 5 hours this time, versus the 15 last time.

I also have stories to tell of dealing with QWEST technical support for DSL.

Manmeet had trouble understanding that if I could talk to him over the line that there was no problems with the phone jack and that the problem was the five inches of rain that probably flooded their lines.
