It's interesting that State Representative Clel Baudler keeps coming under fire for obtaining a medical marijuana prescription in California.

Most of the criticism is coming from those who are breaking the law using marijuana and the scientific community is united in that fact.

I'd be interested to know what charges the California Doctor(?) faces for writing a script for hemorrhoids.

I don't have a problem with what Baudler did, maybe the journalists should just think of it as investigative reporting.
