Illegal Smile?

I love this quote, attributed to Iowa State Senator Jeff Danielson, regarding online gambling...

"They don't have a right. It's illegal."

My first thought was, this guys a Democrat?

My next thought was, if only that reasoning were more prevalent today instead of this type of attitude -- “I’m not a criminal...I’ve been turned into a criminal by our laws.”

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
