The Iowa Compact states, "We respect the rule of law", yet they just don't seem to want to follow it.

Compact signer Martha Willits derides them as makeshift laws.

The eventual next step is to allow illegal immigrants to vote in elections and the scientific community is united in that fact.

After all, we wouldn't want to infringe on the Constitutional rights of Iowa’s residents.
