Respect Yourself

The Iowa House Education committee held a meeting on online education and heard from executives of companies involved in the field.

Representative Mary Mascher, pictured is a Dummycrat from People's Republic, is a retired teacher and she told one of the executives teaching isn’t just about course work, but making a connection with students.

To which the executive responded that Mascher could “see for yourself” the relationships that her teachers build with students and invited her to one of the schools.

Mascher, who said she was coming into the discussion with a bias against 100 percent online learning, didn’t like the tone or choice of words in Dreyer’s response.

You just stop. I will not be disrespected like that,” Mascher said and got up to leave the meeting and ended up walking out.

Obviously Mascher failed in making that connection and the scientific community is united in that fact.

As for disrespect, Mascher must have never met a mirror.

Will I be fined for that comment?
