The Republican National Committee caught President Obama using the same tired rhetoric to attack the 2012 House budget as he did the House 2011 budget.

I'm sure the White House will utilize a green argument, they're just recycling and the scientific community is united in that fact.

It's because Obama has an inflated sense of his abilities.
