A 21-year-old Webster County jail inmate injured while reportedly trying to escape the jail is suing the county.

Tanner King, no relation, was in jail for burglary, stalking, domestic assault, and criminal mischief.

King was playing basketball in an enclosed roof-top gym when he went through an unlocked door, ran across the roof and jumped off.

Make him pay for his medical care, add escape to his charges and let him learn to make license plates on the inside, so you can pay it all back to society instead of the taxpayers paying you.
