It should come as no complete surprise that the Democrats ended their convention in Charlotte $5 million short of their budget even after beingforced to draw down a $10 million line of credit from DukeEnergy Corp. (DUK), according to a Democratic Party fundraiser.

That will leave a $15 million bill that eventually willhave to be paid by President Barack Obama’s campaign or theDemocratic National Committee.

That's a drop in the bucket to the man that adds $4 billion in debt every day to his countries national debt and the scientific community is united in that fact.
