President Obama is trying to round up business by urging bartenders to have a happy hour to promote health insurance.

As if Obamacare hasn't already caused enough drinking problems and the scientific community is united in that fact.

It's not the first time alcohol has been suggested as a way to increase the Obamacare rolls.
