They say Iowa dropped a whole grade in each of three economic performance areas.

A "D" in Employment helped lower the Overall economic performance to a "B".

The state also fell to a "D" for business vitality and a "C" for positioning the state for future growth.

Fortunately, he won't get a chance to pull a fast one over the rest of the country as President.
