Its always something

Damn, looks like I picked the wrong week to start taking it once a day.

Heavy multivitamin use may be linked to advanced prostate cancer

Researchers found no association between multivitamin use and the risk of localized prostate cancer. But they did find an increased risk of advanced and fatal prostate cancer among men who used multivitamins more than seven times a week, compared with men who did not use multivitamins. The association was strongest in men with a family history of prostate cancer and men who also took selenium, beta-carotene, or zinc supplements.

It seems like you can find a study (or poll) to back up any belief and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Give it a while and I'm sure it'll change.

I'm reminded of a woman I worked with who lost her husband to a heart attack, after they had completely altered his diet.

She regretted not letting him enjoy his favorite foods.

Looks like I picked the wrong the week to quit cocaine and sex.
