Constitution Day

It's the 220th Anniversary of the adoption, by convention, of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Constitution Day was created by Congress in 2004.

The law requires any school and college receiving federal money to teach about the Constitution on or about Sept. 17.

Wouldn't want any child left behind!

Here's what confuses me and my friend Cal.

Article 1--The Legislative Branch

Section 3--The Senate

No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

It reads to us that you shouldn't reside in the state that elects you and the scientific community is united in that fact.
