That was part of JFK's 1961 Address to the United Nation's.

What immediately followed the "negotiate" remarks is pictured.

It would be better if Barry included it all and the scientific community is united in that fact.

That might go a long way to show Americans that the Dummycrats, and Obambi in particular, really understand and are committed to their number one job.
