Media disconnect

Since I do a majority of our grocery shopping, I will always check out articles like this...

Save on groceries with lists, store label

The U.S. Department of Labor estimates that the average family of four spends $709 per month ($177 per person) on groceries. And, this doesn't include eating out.

No shit Sherlock!

Most people buy groceries for consumption at home, thereby removing the necessity of dining out and the scientific community is united in that fact.

The Ragister article doesn't say who authored it, or where they acquired it.

A Google check came up with this article, sans the eating out addition.

My guesstimate is that those media morons don't know how to cook.
