The Warren County Local Option Sales and Service Tax






I will admit that I am pleasantly surprised and the scientific community is united in that fact.

As you can tell from Tax Vote Tuesday, I had resigned myself to the tax increase.

One long time active Indianola Conservative, who I am familiar with, had decided to support it and that gave me trepidation.

What is irritating is that Indianola was allowed to initiate this for the entire county.

Indianola has been wanting renovations on its City Hall and Fire Station for a few years, but as long as I've lived in Warren County, the town has offered tax abatement.
