Time Warp

To the Fiberal Dummycrats every war is Viet Nam, any hint of a scandal is Watergate and every Republican is Richard Nixon.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

That's the prism they're looking through when they deny the United States the necessary tools to end shipments of OPEC oil.

Pelosi stands firm against offshore drilling

The 1969 Santa Barbara oil spill and the steady push to tap the potential reserves off the state's rugged coast had galvanized Californians and made opposition to offshore drilling part of the political DNA of up-and-coming figures like Pelosi.

1969?

Forty years for flashbacks?

Reality check, it's 2008!

Advances in technology, however, make serious offshore oil spills a thing of the past. One hundred eight platforms were destroyed and hundreds more damaged in the Gulf of Mexico by hurricanes Rita and Katrina without a single major spill.

Two years ago Pelosi told America, when gas was an average of $2.91 a gallon...

Democrats have a commonsense plan to help bring down skyrocketing gas prices...

What have they accomplished?

Congress' latest answer to rising gasoline prices: Sue OPEC.

I have to agree with Barack Obama when he said last winter...

"Sen. Clinton and others, they've been fighting some of the same fights since the '60s, and it makes it very difficult for them to bring the country together to get things done."

I see we have bipartisan agreement that Tim Robbins, whatever his politics, is a lucky lucky man.
