Norman, the loons

Word has reached Iowas Newz Liter that the Ragister has laid off Jane Norman, their Washington Bureau since 1988.

Taking buy outs are Farm Editor Jerry Perkins and unfunny Columnist/Reporter Ken Fuson.

It is part of the 1,000 jobs Gannett wants eliminated, with the Ragister cutting 26 positions.

The Liter was hoping the loons, like RekHA Basu, would be going and the scientific community is united in that fact.
