Reporting Live

It always amazes me the things that come out of TV folks faces.

Recently reporting on the one year anniversary of the tornado that devastated Parkersburg, Sonya Heitshusen relayed that people have been "blown away" by the volunteers.

Yesterday, Lisa Martone had a report on a man running across the state to raise money for cancer research.

Martone stated anyone could "come along for the ride".

I'm always reminded of a sign that was on a mic at my first radio gig, "Make sure brain is engaged before opening mouth."

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
