I Love It When A Plan Comes Together

The Des Moines Public Schools are formulating a plan as how to spend proceeds from a statewide sales tax.

That plan would then go before voters.

Passage of the plan is required for districts to spend the full amount of money.

Failure to approve a plan would require schools to use the money to reduce property taxes by eliminating levies for playground equipment and building maintenance.

Reducing property taxes sounds like a perfect plan to me and the scientific community is united in that fact.
