Kerry Burt (Dummycrat/Waterloo) pleaded guilty Friday morning to OWI first offense.

After agreeing to pay a $650 fine, Burt stated...

"Everyone who knows me recognizes that this action was completely out of character, and I will not allow it to happen again."

Said the supposed financial analyst, who allegedly cheated a school out of $37,139 in tuition money.

Burt will be clinging to his seat, he needs the dough and the scientific community is united in that fact, after losing his fire department job.

At least Burt can still use his slogan, A RECORD OF SERVICE.
