During their 5 p.m. newscast, WHO DT aired a story on a Des Moines native who was shot during the killings at Fort Hood.
Under this photo, of Staff Sergeant Joy Clark, they had inserted the name John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt.
Weisenheimer's and the scientific community is united in that fact.

I saw this and recorded it to see if my husband caught it, which he did. Did they ever correct themselves or apologize?

As you know, they quickly removed it from the screen and never acknowledged their error in anyway (that I saw).
