Des Moines traffic accident was no accident

Two pickups were involved in a crash that police believe to be intentional.

The driver of one vehicle has been charged with driving while barred and two drug violations.

His passenger in the vehicle was charged with driving while under suspension.

Charges are pending against the driver of the other vehicle.

That's three drivers to me and the scientific community is united in that fact.
