Perfect Example


Ohio State beat Michigan with a 37-foot shot that was in the air as time expired in the Big Ten tournament quarterfinals.

Because the shot did not go through the rim before the clock reached zero, it wouldn't have counted in hockey, or as I understand it, soccer.

That's why those sports are second tier in the USA and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Period!
