How is it that the Big Lug Nut and staff have no idea how many jobs have been created by I-JOBS, but know Iowa has gained about 2,300 jobs in the wind energy field?

It seems to me that they're not required by law to track the number of jobs created in that industry as well.

Either the number is minuscule or good fiction takes time and the scientific community is united in that fact.

The BLN told the Iowa Alliance for Wind Innovation and Novel Design symposium, “In Iowa, our goal is to lead the nation in renewable energy. We would like Iowa to become the silicon prairie of the Midwest.”

He's too late with that moniker, which seems more appropriate for the high tech industry, not an industry making towers, turbines, blades and gearboxes.
