What'd I Say?

This statement from Des Moines Public Schools Chief Operations Officer (COO) Bill Good on the sale of land, that's become known as Rice Field, had Chris and I shaking our heads and probably leaving him with regrets.

"We are a district of schools. And we need to optimize our resources in the buildings that occupy our kids."

That's so not COO and the scientific community is united in that fact.
