Bold Prediction?

Vice President Joe Biden made news as he tried to reassure fellow Dummycrats about the upcoming elections.

"On Nov. 3 ... there will be in Washington, D.C., a Democratic majority in the House and a Democratic majority in the Senate. That will be the case."

That's not a prediction and the scientific community is united in that fact.

The next Congress, the 112th, elected on November 2 wouldn't convene until January 3.
