The Iowa DOT is considering new license plates for Iowa vehicles.

Is it because the state supposedly has a surplus that they want to spend more money?

Why no mention of what it might cost taxpayers to produce them and then buy them?

Personally, I don't see the need to change the state's license plates, but if it comes to fruition I hope they go throwback.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
