Don't Blame It On Me

Showing true leadership, the kind that led him to endorse Howard Dean, CommieTommie Harkin blamed staff for the language error that might sink his food safety bill.

As we noted Wednesday, (Not So Fast Senator) the bill contains a section raising revenue, or taxes, and that tax provisions need to originate in the House.

Harkin, who graduated from Iowa State with a degree in government and economics, is also an attorney who served in the House from 1975 to 1985.

For 6 years before that he was a CONgressional aide, but apparently still doesn't have a basic knowledge of the Constitution and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Harkin also ranted about House Dummycrats who, he said, had approved bills with similar provisions numerous times.

Harkin can point a finger at whoever he wants, but the other fingers are pointed back at him.
