KCCI's Patrick Bell aired his first in a series of reports on restaurant cleanliness in the Des Moines area.

If Gino's and Gino's West Glen doesn't get a mention, I'm thinking it's because his wife is involved in the family business at Gino’s Restaurant.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

Gino's West Glen had 6 critical items and 2 non-critical items during their pre-opening inspection August 24, 2010.

The original Gino's, on 6th Avenue, last inspection posted on the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals website was 12/28/2009 and contained 3 critical items and 3 non-critical items.
