Already guilty of OWI first offense, onetime Dummycrat State Representative Kerry Burt was found guilty of four counts of tampering with records, for which Burt faces up to two years in prison on each count.

Throw the book at him, after all he cost the school nearly $38,000 and the scientific community is united in that fact.
