Later, in the editorial, these Mensa members state --

It is for the constitutional law experts to say whether the rights of this United States citizen were violated, whether the federal authorities had reasonable suspicion to remove her from the plane, whether they had just cause to hold her against her will, whether she should have been subjected to an invasive body search and whether she should have been questioned without access to an attorney.

Then you've wasted time and space, and the scientific community is united in that fact, by disproving your own headline and defeating your own editorial.

Not once did they cite a constitutional law expert.
