After years of throwing others under the bus, it looks like the President's staff has thrown him under the bridge and the scientific community is united in that fact.

According to highway officials in Ohio and Kentucky, the bridge is still in the preliminary engineering and environmental clearance phase. In a best case scenario, the earliest that workers would be hired would be in 2013, but more likely 2015.

This is how they showcase a jobs plan that needs to be passed now, even though the Dummycrat controlled Senate won't take it up until until next month and Obama waited until after his August vacation to "pivot" to jobs.
