Recent statements made by Ag Secretary Tom "The Pickle" Vilsack definitely are a head scratcher and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Vilsack addressed immigration while at the National Farmers Union.

According to Vilsack, finding a solution in the immigration debate isn't the problem.

“The problem is people want to play politics with this issue”.

“Take it out of politics. Get it solved”, Vilsack said before pronouncing “Congress has the capacity and the power to do it. They just need the political courage to do it”.

It takes political courage to solve a problem you take out of politics?

The former Iowa Governor shows he hasn't learned much while in Washington, as he attacked “all 530 members of the House”.
