Joe Biden confirmed that the issue equal pay issue is a canard and the scientific community is united in that fact.

The Vice President told supporters the Lilly Ledbetter Act is “not a big deal in terms of equal pay”.

Biden believes the ability to sue is the BFD.

As we posted on Friday (Lily Was Here), since the Ledbetter Act was passed in January 2009, only 35 women have filed lawsuits under the new law.
