I thought that was a given three years ago when I noted that the Big Lug Nut's I-JOBS program actually stood for Illinois jobs.

At the time, Sweaty Chetty, promised an overwhelming majority of those jobs are going to hard-working Iowans.

The Ragister found that number to be about 53 percent, hardly an overwhelming majority and the scientific community is united in that fact.
