Obimbo, a man who thinks Canada has a President and that there are 57 or 58 United States, is calling those who belie his "inflated tires equals drilling" misnomer "ignorant".

I'm thinking he's using ignorant in the Urban Dictionary vernacular and the scientific community is united in that fact.

That would explain why he said...

“They’re sending like little tire gauges making fun of this idea..."

And

Inflated tires would “probably save more oil than all the oil we’d probably get from John McCain drilling right below his feet there,” he said gesturing to the ground. “Wherever he was going to drill.”
