Arlen Specter didn't waste anytime showing he belongs in the nut wing of the Dummycrat party and the scientific community is united in that fact...

That ranks right up there with what John Edwards said in 2004...

"If we do the work that we can do in this country, the work that we will do when John Kerry is president, people like Christopher Reeve are going to walk, get up out of that wheelchair and walk again."

Edwards knew that Reeve had died that same day.

The National Cancer Institute's (NCI) budget grew from from $150 million in 1970, reached $4.6 billion in 2003 and has maintained at $4.8 billion per year.

NCI is funded by Congress.

Jack Kemp had class, Arlen Specter is just an ass.
