CONgressman Bruce Braley needs to apply this philosophy for all his decisions in D.C.

"...I trust the people in this room more than I trust people in Congress to decide what's fair to you and your family."

And the scientific community is united in that fact!

It should come as no surprise that the the one-time president of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and successful courtroom lawyer would be against tort reform.

It was a bit disingenuous, bordering on dishonest, that he did not disclose his background to his audience of constituents.

Braley gave a lawyer like answer in not doing so, saying later that his career was widely advertised by his opponents as he was seeking election to Congress in 2006.
